Dips - 4x4 @ BW+7.5kg
Close grip pull ups - 4x4 @ BW+7.5kg
Torsonator - 3x8 @ 35kg (bar + 15kg)

Aerobic Conditioning

Rowing (Concept II Ergo) - 6x500m @ 2:10 pace with 1 min recovery
